Unlike a traditional credit card, you don't need to have good credit to qualify for a Walmart Mone圜ard. The funds should be available within three business days. Simply log into your Mone圜ard account and link a bank account, then enter the amount you want to transfer. If you have a bank account, you can use it to fund your Mone圜ard by transferring funds online. The $3 fee applies when reloading at these stores. These include 7-Eleven, Walgreens, Dollar Tree, CVS and many more. Some participating retailers besides Walmart offer services to reload money onto your Mone圜ard. Note that mobile check deposit is available to cardholders with active accounts who have recurring payroll direct deposit for at least two months. You can use the Mone圜ard app to deposit checks to your account. Additionally, you may be able to receive your paycheck up to two days early and government benefits up to four days early. If you have at least $500 in direct deposits each month, the card's monthly fee is waived. This allows your paycheck or government benefits to be deposited directly onto your Walmart Mone圜ard on a regular basis. Many cardholders choose to set up direct deposit. Keep in mind that this service costs $3, but you can also reload funds for free using the Walmart Mone圜ard app at Walmart stores. Simply go to the customer service desk or Mone圜enter, provide the card, and the cashier will help you add funds. You can load cash onto your Mone圜ard at any Walmart store using the Rapid Reload option. Standard data and messaging rates may apply from your wireless service provider. Direct deposit and earlier availability of funds is subject to payer’s support of the feature and timing of payer’s funding. Faster access to funds is based on comparison of traditional banking policies and deposit of paper checks from employers and government agencies versus deposits made electronically. Be sure to ask your payroll or benefits payment provider when they submit your deposit information to the bank for processing. It is important to note that your payroll or benefits payment provider may not submit the deposit or payment early each payment period.
